Our initial June 3 event has been modified to make it even more inclusive and allow the most possible number of individuals to live the Shared Runs experience. The Saturday Festive Shared Run on June 3 is open to everyone for free, without required registration.
On Saturday June 3, from 10h00 to 12h00, come and share the pleasure of running in a magnificent environment around the Lac des Nations, as a runner, co-runner with reduced mobility or as a volunteer! Teams of runners and co-runners will be made freely on-site.
The Saturday Festive Shared Run will be a superb occasion to relive or experiment for the first time a team run with a Kartus chair.
Entertainment, music, food and attendance prizes will contribute to the energic atmosphere of this shared run that will take place during the Quebec week for people with disabilities.
There is no required registration but indicating your intention to attend by writing us at info@coursespartagees.com will allow to better plan our needed resources.
The Kartus chairs will be available to you at no charge.
Matching of runners and co-runners will be done easily with the participants available on-site. Don’t hesitate to invite all your running friends to come run together around the Lac des Nations while sharing this pleasure with those not having the ability to run.
A start with all the teams that are ready will be given around 10h10, but it will be possible to arrive later and to join the others for more loops around the lake.
We will also need volunteers to contribute to the smooth running of Saturday Festive Shared Run! You can indicate your desire to participate as a volunteer by writing us at info@coursespartagees.com
Attendance prizes, courtesy of our deer sponsors, will be given at the end of the event.
